Acrobatics (or Acro as it is commonly called) involves stretching and strenghtening through gymnastics and various tumbling drills.  It  develops the strength and flexibility needed for the execution of skills such as backbends, cartwheels, walk-overs, needles, and aerials.  Because acro skills are becoming increasingly incorporated into every form of dance, all dancers are encouraged to take this technique based class.

For the student who loves to  perform, our performance company classes focus on polishing your technical and artistic abilities while creating an atmosphere of teamwork.

All Thrive Company members are eligible to do solos at competitions as well as team dances. Placement is by audition only.
